Welcome to the Architectural Glass & Metal Contractors Association

The Architectural Glass & Metal Contractors Association (AGMCA) was established in 1979 to provide a strong and unified voice for Unionized Contractors who primarily work in Ontario’s ICI (Industrial Commercial & Institutional) Construction and Building Sectors. AGMCA has contributed to responsibly representing its member Glazing Contractors on numerous issues that effect their day-to-day operations.

AGMCA is the designated bargaining agent for all employers signatory to collective agreements with the IUPAT.

As well, we provide management oversight on all trust funds and input on the operations and curriculum at the Glazier training centre (FTI).

We have added a News blog to assist in keeping our members up-to-date.
